Prosecco DOC Bio

Straw-yellow colour. Once the bottle has been shaken, one notices a pronounced cloudiness caused by the presence of suspended yeasts. The perlage is fine and moderately persistent. The bouquet includes notes of green apple, pear and citrus fruits accompanied by light hints of bread crust and yeast. Herbaceous hints typical of the variety may emerge. A marked freshness and good acidity stand out on the palate, emphasising the dry flavour typical of Prosecco re-fermented wine. Hints of fresh fruit and a light but well-defined structure. The presence of yeast gives a slightly creamy tactile sensation. Mineral influences resulting from the composition of the alluvial soil are perceived.

Straw yellow, bright, with hints tending towards green. Clear and brilliant. The nose is fresh, with delicate notes of white flowers such as wisteria and acacia. A slight mineral vein lends complexity to the bouquet. In the mouth, the wine is fresh, with a well-balanced acidity that supports the whole structure. The citrus and fruity flavours leave a pleasant freshness and cleanliness on the palate. The finish is long and there is a good sapidity, with light hints of citrus and chamomile that recall the varietal typicality.

Clear straw yellow colour. Hints of white flowers, golden apple, pear and lychee stand out on the nose, accompanied by a mineral nuance. The palate is fresh with aromas of pear, white peach and citrus fruits and a good minerality. The finish is long, with a savouriness reminiscent of our terroir.
